Due to new government guidelines, we have now implemented new safety procedures for all appointments:
At present, we are only seeing one bride per day, so please consider this whilst booking your appointment.
We will only be seeing brides who are actively looking for their dream dress until guidelines change, as we must deep-clean the boutique and steam any dresses that have been touched after the appointment ends.
Please only bring two guests per bride to allow for social distancing. Your guest can be from a different household as long as you agree to practice social distancing in the boutique. However, feel free to virtually invite guests using our free WiFi.
We will provide all guests with a mask and ask you to sanitise your hands upon entering.
For safety reasons, the bathroom will be unavailable.
We are unable to offer drinks to our guests at present.
We request that if you display any symptoms of COVID-19, please contact us to re-book. We reserve the right to terminate your appointment if have good reason to suspect any guests in the party are displaying symptoms. Additionally, you will not be allowed an appointment within 14 days of displaying symptoms.
The health and well-being of our brides and our staff is the most important thing to us, so please follow these guidelines in addition to government advice. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
These guidelines will be revised in accordance with updates to government policy.
