Do I get to take my dress home with me?
Yes, all of our dresses are sold from stock, so if you do not want to wait months for your perfect gown you can take it the same day. Payment must be made in full, and a dress bag is available for you to take home in.
Can I think about it before saying yes?
Of course. It is a big commitment to buy your dream gown, and it is important to remember that we only have one of each dress. A £50 non-refundable deposit will hold wedding dress for seven days. If you decide not to buy that gown, the deposit can be put onto another, but no refund will be given. The deposit will be deducted from the price of your gown should you choose to purchase.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer payment plans on all dresses over £400. A deposit of 50% must be paid to secure your gown, and the balance paid off within three months. Dresses will not be released until the payment has been repaid in full. This is a 0% interest agreement, with no credit checks. Failure to repay monthly payments will result in the gown being put back into stock, and no monies already paid will be refunded. Gowns will not be released for alterations until paid for in full.
Do you do alterations?
We use an independent company called Hannah B Alterations who offer an alteration service on our premises from Monday to Wednesday only. Buying a gown from Fabulous Bridal Boutique does not automatically entitle access to Hannah B Alterations.
Can I order a dress in my size?
All our gowns are sold from stock. We do not offer a reorder service. We can, however, discuss with you whether the gown can be altered in size.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Please ensure that you book in advance before visiting, to avoid disappointment, as we may be with another bride or closed.
How many people can I bring with me?
We are a small boutique, brimming with dresses, so please keep your entourage down to one or two. This also applies to appointments with Hannah B Alterations.
How much are your gowns?
Our gowns start at £300. They are not samples, and are not repeatedly tried on, and are destined to be worn at weddings. We will probably not be your first port of call if you are just looking to get ideas.
Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. It is up to the bride to check the goods before she leaves the boutique for any imperfections.
Do you store dresses?
Yes, but due to the size of our boutique, we charge £50 per dress to store until your wedding.
